This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and cohort-transfer requests work across Transcend AI Academy's current live instructor-led programs.
Which enrollments this covers: This version applies to new enrollments in Transcend AI Academy live instructor-led programs completed on or after August 2, 2026. Earlier enrollments remain governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Tuition is non-refundable when the request is received fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled first session or after the program begins.
Transfer requests
Before the first session begins, a family may request one transfer to another available cohort of the same program.
- Transfers are subject to available space and are not guaranteed.
- If another cohort is not available, refund eligibility remains based on the original class's scheduled first-session time.
- Once the first session begins, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
How deadlines are calculated
Eligibility is determined by the time Transcend AI Academy receives the written request, measured against the scheduled first-session start time shown for the child's class in the family portal.
Class schedules are shown in Eastern Time unless the family portal displays a localized time for the parent.
How to submit a request
Email hello@transcendaiacademy.com before the applicable deadline. Include the parent's name, the child's name, the program and the enrolled class or batch.
Questions may also be directed to +1 (289) 808 9831, but the cancellation or transfer request should be submitted by email so both the family and Transcend have a written timestamped record.
Applicable consumer rights
This policy describes the additional cancellation, refund and transfer terms offered by Transcend AI Academy. It does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Questions about a service that was not delivered as agreed or was materially misrepresented should be raised promptly so the concern can be reviewed under the applicable agreement and law.
